this car is purchased, not leased.

I thought the 45K mile was a buncha stuff besides oil change (flushing transmission, break lines, brake rotors, etc)....is this not true?

also, is there a couple of options? I heard there is a 6 year, 100K mile option, but does that include the service maintenance?
