Actually I was looking for something simple that I could do like unpluging a wire. The point is that the TV screen blanks when the car speed is not zero, which means that the TV set is getting info from the speedometer. Just cancelling the conection beteen TV and speed data could do (I believe).
If somebody has a hint I would be grateful.

It would be great if it were that simple, but it's not. You have to intercept the i-bus signal and replace it with a signal that tells the video module that you are still below the threshold speed. That's what the TVonNav module does.
