I'm getting there myself soon. I ordered the latest BMW OEM TV module out of BMW AG (i have an importer order it for me) and i'm running into the same problem. I called NAV TV and they want 400$ to hack the module for in motion. BASTARDS!!!!! I tried to get my local dealer talk to the FSE (Field Service Engineer) and maybe talk him into getting the in motion working, but no dice, they wont do it....so my last solution is using the TV ON NAV solution...200$ it sounds like....
