Well, if it happens to you, you give him a good rating. This is from a service advisor who went out to my car while I had 2 other problems beside my headrest where he just blow it by saying "I don't know". And he filled out my paper work as an x3 until I told him and he said, "oh, was that an x5?". This after he was in my car fusing with the head rest. Bad day or not, he's the front for bmw and should have been more curtious. And yes, I have my bad days but would never do what he did.
