I recently completed my OEM High OBC retrofit and picked up a used high cluster. When I took it into the dealer, after 1.5 hours of labor charges, they told me that, because the cluster has been coded before, they were unable to recode it for my car. Can anybody confirm this? Once a cluster has been coded, is it not possible to recode it for a different car? If anybody has done this or knows how to do it, please let me know.
