I wish I could say the same for the junta that has refused almost all foreign aid in Burma. There is a humanitarian crisis in Burma and hope the UN step in.

I have a feeling that China quickly accepted foreign aid
because Myanmar refused it. They wanted to be seen as more human rights friendly, even though they easily have the resources and man power to cover their own people. (The opposite of Myanmar).
