Another alternative which I've used for .ccds which does NOT involve CloneCD but involves the free software IMGBURN and DAEMON TOOLS:

1) Download the .rar file and unpack using WinRar
2) Mount the .ccd file as a logical volume using Daemon Tools (note the drive letter)
3) Use ImgBurn in "read" mode to create a new .ISO using your logical volume drive letter as your input source and any filename you select for the output source
4) Lastly use ImgBurn in "write" mode to create a new CD using your newly created .ISO file as the input source and the blank CD as your output source. Be sure to use MODE2/FORM1 is showing as the burn settings and go SLOW (4x if possible)
