And he certainly does have that right. But he has not invoked his 5th amendment priveledge. This White House thinks they are above the law and they can do anything they want. Unfortunately for them, we have a system of checks and balances built into our government, and one of them is that congress has the power of subpoena. Another is that they have to abide by Federal Court orders -- another thing they have ignored many times in the past.
