True, I have to agree, I never had any problems what so ever with the Z4, it never saw the light of the dealership except for maintenance / oil change and one instance of tight-ing the engine cross bars whatever they are called. Although I had to change the rear tires near the end because of burning rubber all the time when I switch off DSC. Never tried it with the x5 though, not sure how the all wheel drive would react.

Im driving a 535 loaner while they update software etc with the x5, and boy now I really understand why BMW is the ultimate driving machine, handling on all cars is great (all have sport packages too) I cannot believe how easy it is turn quick on the road which has bumps and the x5 goes straight where you want it to go. All bmws I have driven have excellent handling and power curves.
