The Navteq dvds are all original.
I did cleaned the dvds with tissue, and after a minute of reading, it came on, i navigated and when i input something, it stalled. I changed dvds, it came on again, i tried to zoom out, it zoomed, but the map was blank.
I'm gonna get a dvd cleaner tomorrow to try out. If that doesnt work, i'm outta ideas.

Your CD laser is fine but the DVD laser is weak / old / dead.
You need to replace the laser head (hard) or entire DVD/Cd mechanism (easy) or entire nav unit (easy)
Above is listed in order of costs.... laser head is cheapest, entire Mk4 unit is most expensive.
