the dealer is doing you a favor by not recommending you upgrade, especially not at $200 (I actually got a mailer about it today). It really isn't a noticeable difference unless you travel a lot and random places need updating. 2-3 years down the road, maybe, definitely not after just a year. BTW, your revision is marked on the face of the dvd.
