Usually a slow MAF will give you too rich faults. Too lean is usually unmetered air being introduced into the system. It is likely that you have a vacuum leak in the induction system or crankcase ventilation system. But there is a chance it will fix it, but that is not the common fail/code for the MAF for that code.
