hi all, happy new year!

Car is BMW X5 E56 2005 with SATNAV but no Amp or DSP
My front Right speaker(high & mid) is not working or almost at whisper level at Max Volume.
I traced the problem to the radio module by connecting a speaker directly to pins 2 & 6.

Anyone face this/similar problem before or what are my options to resolve this
