I've read the Motor Trend Truck Trend reports and I know that when I raced the Durango today that we should be equals to 60mph and through the traps (or the road equivalent thereof), but I'm afraid I don't understand why. I'm not complaining, it was a most gratifying experience to not only beat him off the line, but then to keep him the same distance behind me all the way to 90 where I backed off and enjoyed it.

Of course I'm sure that when he retells the story my 3.0 will mysteriously become a 4.4...

Anyhow, with a curb weight of only 300lbs more than the X5, his power to weight ratio far exceeds mine. Why the even performance???
