Bridgestone makes an all season (non-unidirectional) tire which you can at least swap left and right. Theoretically you can also rotate your current setup (swap left and right), but it would require dismounting and remounting the tires off of the rims. But at least it's a start. Most treadware will occur on the inner of the tires, since the rear wheels have negative camber setting (better for cornering). So if you dismount the tires, swap, then remount, at least you'd even out the treadwear pattern.
