that's bulls^t. If that's ture they can still trace the transfer. You had first dib. tell them to transfer back. Otherwise ask for what was the error that he speaks of? Someone made a mistake? Don't take I don't know what happen in the the computer system because that's a load of junk. I am in IT, inventory ERP systems don't make mistakes, people do.

chances are someone up the deal and stole it under you. If this happens all that time, I'd tell them you are working with the state attorney general and will look into how many of times this has occured to people and will bring on a class action suit. Maybe its worthwhile to pursue. Ask the attorney general's office on how do they get the message out to search for victim fo similar situation.
