I think people should post if they got their X5 as a CPO or not. It makes a big difference in price.

Two weeks age I bought a 2006 COP 4.4i, 40K miles with prem, sport, cold pkgs and navi for $30,500.00 in New York City. I also added $1695 to extend the maintenance for two more years. The body is in great condition.

It took me months to find one like this at this price. There are definitely more 3.0's out there and you should pay much less for it. At the end of the day, if you're happy with the car, it doesn't matter how much you paid.
