May be a software issue then psharma... I'd call the dealer and ask if there are any service bulletins reguarding that on your model (as I don't remember off hand) because if there are they might do the programming under goodwill. (not likely though)
Otherwise, I'd check the forgotten things like the guibo joint as it being worn can cause rough shift feel as well.
And Jose, why did you do that procedure when you can reset any and all adaptations through service functions in the GT1?
