I purchased a 2005 E46 M3 coupe over the weekend. It has a hybrid TV tuner.

The picture itself is fine however there seems to be no sound coming from the TV.

I noticed that some sort of iPod link has been installed in the glove box (maybe Denison). Is it likely that the installsation of this has caused the sound to stop working? Is it easy enough to "undo" the iPod installation to get the TV sound back?

I assume that the sound would be controlled by the bottom left knob unless I'm overseeing something really basic.

Also, there is an auidble intereference noise when the volume is turned all the way down. It seems like a similar noise to cars where the amplifer isnt earthed properly. I've got the HK sound package. Is there any reason why I would be getting some sort of interefence/hissing when the volume is at 0?

And one last point with the bluetooth pairing! When I am in a call I can hear the caller fine but the volume of the microphone is very quiet. In addition there seems to be a lot of interference with this and almost seems some sort of feedback loop issue. Any idea what may cause this?
