It does, but not fully "automatic" for the Biff&BuffyBrigade...as noted above, set fan "directional"
to the Arrow Up position, adjust temp as wanted, push the A/C button and, lots of dry air cranks
at the windshield...for additional defrosting, push both the "Up Arrow Button" and the "Mid Level
Button", which will direct some warm, dry air at the sides, too.

That Defrost button is a temporary Max setting for high level fan & very quick defrosting.
Temp controls can and will adjust temp on Any setting of HVAC. All this amazing info can
be found in that black book in your glove box, aka The Manual.
