open ur oil filter housing and check for that part where u plug in ur oil filter into (tub) the plastic teeth on those worn out pretty good due to cheap oil filters. also check ur oil filter cap and see if u can tell anything is worn out from the inside. mines was doing that too & i replaced the whole oil housing & never seen that message again since 8 months ago
