check the main oil pressure from the pump by hooking up a gauge.

I think i will have to rent one out. Where do you insert the gauge?

open ur oil filter housing and check for that part where u plug in ur oil filter into (tub) the plastic teeth on those worn out pretty good due to cheap oil filters. also check ur oil filter cap and see if u can tell anything is worn out from the inside. mines was doing that too & i replaced the whole oil housing & never seen that message again since 8 months ago

I think you're best to ask Weasel about this one.

I had the switches change, the same problem persist. I think maybe i should change the pressure sensor. What do you guys think?

May be time for proper diagnosis by properly equipped personnel with the needed knowledge of the system and its components... Any shop with a GT1 tester and BMW oil pressure testers (which narrows it down to dealers and BMW specialized independents) can look at the physical oil pressure vs what the sensors say.

Im going to get it checked with the gauge at a indy.

It could be the harness, but I would see what a different gauge says about the actual pressure you have. If a second opinion mechanical sensor says you have good pressure, it's sounding electrical. Of course I would want to test with the secondary gauge under a variety of circumstances to see if you can make it throw low pressure again.
You didn't happen to test the previous sensors did you? Your sensors might not be the problem, but what they hook to instead.

NO i didnt test the previous sensor. The indy wanted to do a gauge test. But they changed the switch and that did the job for a few week then the problem started again.
