I just got a 6% 30yr fixed with no points, but closing costs (around $3k). That is not a jumbo loan, just a regular one; I think new construction loans are different? Our family has a broker that we have used in the past with no complaints. Shop around and see who you are comfortable with. I'll have to remember Juans CEO for the future!
