Thanks and I see from another thread that you did a better search that I did even though I monitored these things for a few months knowing this day was coming sooner rather than later.

All-season tires would be an advantage especially for my December trips. In terms of cornering, the biggest test I suppose is maybe hitting 90 mph on I-40 going around the Smokey Mountains near Asheville, NC.
