Not to be overly dramatic, but it would not be good if the EMT's or Policeman pulling you out of a wrecked X5 noticed Batman playing on the display, particularly if someone died.

would have to prove it was on prior to the crash and not caused by the impact itself and/or objects flying around inside the cabin. not something that can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt
