It looks like you're local to me. BMW ULFs are universal all over the world, the reason US cars are different is that they have a TCU instead. For a full list of tested phones see BMW Bluetooth interface : Tested mobile phones
A whole host of other phones will work to some degree but just haven't been tested by BMW.
