The BMW navigation system is not as good as Garmin. Maybe BMW will fix this in future years.
The way that I get around this issue is when I have multiple destinations, I send the addresses from google map to the car in the order that I will be going to the destination. As I complete one leg, I role to My Info and load the next destination. If I need to add another that I have not sent to the car via google maps, I just call the concierge at BMW assist and have them send it to the car. Works well also.
