Not the "tire and wheel" scam/policy that dealers try and sell, but the standard warranty that comes with the BMW booklet and the associated documentation....

I am asking because the warranty I received (and I would think others as well) says:

"Self-Supporting Zero Pressure Tires (ZP)
Michelin® Self-Supporting Zero Pressure Tires (ZP) are covered by the limited
warranty for workmanship and materials and a Road Hazard Replacement Plan.
The terms and conditions of this limited warranty begin on page 4.
ONLY ZP tires are covered by this Road Hazard Replacement Plan."

and, from Page 4-5:

The ZP Assurance Plan
In addition to the limited warranty coverage described above, Michelin®
Self-Supporting Zero Pressure (ZP) tires also carry Michelin®’s exclusive ZP
Assurance Plan.
Most tire punctures can be repaired if the puncturing object is removed at
the first sign of the tire air loss. No tire, regardless of its quality, is
indestructible and even a self-supporting zero pressure tire can be
rendered unserviceable by road hazard injury. If this happens, Michelin®
will replace your tire under the same terms and conditions described in
“HOW REPLACEMENT CHARGES ARE CALCULATED.’’

So, who actually READ the warranty on that CD???
