They metioned the labor cost is high because they need to clean oil which was pushed into the coils & pistons. That is why spark plugs need to replaced per indy shop.

Yes, it is all possible. Oil separator can cause oil to be drawn into the engine (or pushed out a valve cover gasket). The other items are resultant consequential damage of the oil separator failing.
