My MK IV navigation stopped reading DVD's but still reads CDs so I'm about to purchase a new laser to fix it.

I've read conflicting reports about which laser is needed. I need it to read DVD's, I can care less about CDs.

Will this one with the white cap work? Does anyone know for SURE from experience?
