Anyone explain to this newbie how the tire would be falling apart like that on the inside (I'm guessing from the camber?) yet show no signs of uneven wear on the outside?
I had the same problem. It only occurred on the rear right tire on my 2004 3.0i. Do you park your X5 on a flat surface all the time or is it up on a hill or angled up a driveway?
