I wouldn't do this if I were you. Remounting tires over and over is not really good for the tire itself. You could end up ruining them by doing this too many times.
Just keep the tires properly inflated. If you don't drive very much, you may have to look into replacing the tires before they are worn, simply becuase the rubber has started to break down from old age. Like others have said, you need to look at the manufacture date on the side of the tire.
