As ekaz said the factory sub enclosure is held by 4 bolds. For better access and removal of the two bolts close to the fuse box I would suggest to unscrew one of the fuse box's bolts. To access the two bolts at the bottom of the enclosure you will have to remove the black plastic cover which hides the bottom part of the enclosure.
