I've been following closely all the posts related to the 2011's and it appears some people have confirmed orders and even production dates.
Is there an official production start date for the 2011's? If so, are orders being input into the typical order system already?
Have any Canadians been able to confirm orders, with pricing and production dates, or is it so far only open to US orders?
