Yes, it's possible, as I did it myself. You just remove the panel from inside the car. It's a little tricky to maneuver it off, but it's possible. Then you just reach in the door and pull the unlock tab to open the door and finish your work. Most likely the inside lock won't work due to the child safety lock and the outside lock is a stretched or broken cable unless you're in the north and it froze. I'm assuming that the lock button pops up when you unlock the car?
