Well I have a writeup on my install (including the DSP and LOC info) at

As has mentioned before the number one thing to make sure is you're dealing with a shop who's already worked on DSP equipped cars and knows how to integrate an aftermarket amp into a DSP based system. With a DSP it is not possible to just extract a pre-amp signal as you can't really bypass the DSP amp.
