No reason you can't run it to 200,000 if you maintain it properly. The engine should be fine. The transmission won't necessarily wear out, but it will be more likely to have a problem that requires repair, simply because of the longer life. Repairing a transmission is still cheaper than buying a new vehicle, if you like the car and it still meets your needs.
