If it is determined that the LCD panel needs to be replaced, or if you already know that it needs to be replaced and just want a new LCD panel installed, the cost is $270 to replace the panel with a brand new one. His turnaround time is about 3 business days. If you have any questions I suggest you call him with your specific issues and get his recommended fix. okay, finally had a BMW tech look at it and troubleshoot my entire system. He said it's definitely the monitor that has the issue - causing the flickering. I will be sending it back to Jimmy today - who replaced the screen. Wish I could say the screen replacement went without a hitch, but alas can not. I'll report back and let you all know how it goes. I definitely didn't anticipate that this would be such an involved process.
