SES Light came on P0036 & P1143

SES light The codes are P1143 O2 sensor activity check signal too high (bank 1 sensor2) and P0036 HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

I have 2002 4.4 v8 I looked for hose leaks I going to look again this weekend.
I did find another post "what is OBD SES code 1143?" which said
depending on what your driving, check the vacuum hose to the secondary air valve on the front of your exhaust manifold. (EGR kinda thing) the hose gets brittle and breaks there. also check the bigger hose from the air pump to the valve as it is the other common failpoint for the secondary air system.

If its an O2 fault, its most likely a mixture fault (too rich, too lean) and usually isn't the sensor itself, just what it monitors. if its too lean, vacuum leak or unmetered air. I checked the secondary air valve I'm going to check the air pump bigger hose today.

Any other suggestions for the P1143 and P0036

Thanks for the help
