I was warned..


My buddy who is a BMW mechanic warned me that the door speakers on my wife's 04 325Ci vert were DUAL-COIL, ie both the HU audio AND bluetooth audio signals were connected and came through. I didn't listen. Had a nice audio upgrade done for the front doors MB Quart component speakers and an ARC mini amp, and now of course, the bluetooth connects and finds the phonebook, mic works, but no audio..

Anyone else been in a similar situation..?

I understand it's possible to just ADD a small speaker to get the BT audio, but don't know much more than what I was about to find via search.
