Right Guys - I've made some progress on this since i've last been here.

There is an official retrofit kit available for european e70 x5's which can be installed easily enough.

The Part No is: 65410444937 (as qouted by Real Oem)

This is priced at €183 ex vat - Trade Price

However - As of yet we have been unable to track down the actual fitting instructions for this - Although I fell that with the car disassembly instructions from TIS and the retrofit install guide for the 1 & 3 series cars it should be possible to work it out.

The USB Hub which is the brains of the system is connected to the M-ULF which is located in the left hand compartment in the Boot (Trunk Area).

I think I'm gonna take the chance and give this a shot. There is quite a high chance this will work.
