I checked your thread. the tires seems to be one of the best high performance tires. especially if I am still living in Socal. but right now I am in new mexico and need to stay here in winter season. Next jan I will move to Socal again. but last winter was horrible to me. Now I have very good understand that summer tire does not fit at all. that is the reason I am pursuing all season tires. at least the lattitude seems to have some good review for light snow traction at least. so that is the reason I am looking for good all season tires. since I have to go back evetually to sunny place. so no summer no snow. and eventually will get rid of this x5 and jump to hybrid SAV. so this set of tires will be the last for this x5. hope all season works for me. and thank you for your honest comments. it is really helpful and the same as bmw service manager's
