Hi its fairly easy to remove you need to study the 3 locking connectors to learn how to remove them via their locking lever.
I would look for used same year and matching coding index printed on GM.
You might need to recode to get the same settings as before but try first.
Modules are in the us $500+ range from the dealer ....read your coding numbers and start shopping around.
