Many components will, but.....
the nav drive will be either a MkI or MkII, which are both very slow drive units. The radio module will need an adaptor harness. You'll need to pick up an X5 nav retrofit harness. And the screen unit (4:3) won't fit in very nicely and the woodgrain cover won't match up well with the X5's interior.
In my opinion, given the amount of labor involved in doing this conversion, I would recommend getting the newer nav drive (MkIII minimum, but preferably the MkIV) and either the X5 4:3 screen or the 16:9 widescreen.
