I know how you feel waiting for the deal on a dream property .too much excitement .
I built my own home , this is my third ,a real stressful event but worth the effort in the end and my pride and joy .
I have been building the foundation for my garage for the past week , just finished Tuesday so the brain is relaxing for a couple of weeks until the concrete and brickwork cure . will tidy the groundwork next week .
