 I not yet have any idea how deep it is or what is in it. Can't bee too deep because there is a tree in the freakin middle of it. But my 3 wheeler floats with me on it so that could be some good ol redneck fun. But realistically I have to rid it of water moccasins before letting the ducks go in it. (yes we have a pair of ducks)

I almost wet meself laughing when you said you will when the phone rings .
I know how you feel waiting for the deal on a dream property .too much excitement . I built my own home , this is my third ,a real stressful event but worth the effort in the end and my pride and joy . I have been building the foundation for my garage for the past week , just finished Tuesday so the brain is relaxing for a couple of weeks until the concrete and brickwork cure . will tidy the groundwork next week . good luck with the new house .

I miss having 5 acres, how else would I have learned to drive at age 11?! Its also great to be able to let the dogs run out all day and not have a bunch of neighbors in your face all day! Congrats!

Oh the toybarn is already built in my head.....! But that will be a couple years before I build the BIG shop/shed. Crap, now I gotta get my 3 wheeler back running and diagnose the no spark problem it has developed... maybe I'll get to spend some time working on it Monday cause I will need it up there.
