Hope you get well soon and don't settle for too little money. I was in an accident several years ago (hit from the left like you) and no broken bones (only soft tissue damage on my left shoulder). I went through almost 1 year of physical therapy and didn't get it all sorted out until this year (almost 3 years from the accident). Other party admitted fault but received lowball offer not even enough to cover medical bills - had to file suit. They eventually doubled their offer and we settled out of court.

I'm not for always suing but sometimes its necessary. You don't know what kind of complications can arise later and also there's no guarantee the doctors can always get you back to before - sometimes its not possible. Anyways, I'm sure you understand what I mean.
