I am not going to accept this vehicle back. Plain and simple. I have discussed this with customer relations on Monday. I am going to call him back tomorrow (I have his direct extension) and escalate it. I think that putting 1200+ miles on my vehicle is kind of past the limit.
If BMW do not replace this vehicle, I will be moving to Porsche and will never be back. I have had 4 new BMWs in 5 years. I think I have been very loyal to the brand, and have always spoken highly of BMW to my friends, but I am only willing to accept so much.
