ZF is a the diversity termination at the radio end. Post 09/99 such as the BM54 need the NG FAKRA termination only at the radio end. All FM amps use a Hirschmann Mini UHF for the main channel. You can see phots of all the terminations in this thread.

1.65m cables will not reach the front of the car. The BMW Nav tuner (if that is what you have fitted) is normally in the boot.
