Go with the Rubbers. I also have the Weather Advantage mats as posted above. They are really nice with the carpet BUT I realized that in foul weather, with the rubber mats, you can just wipe/soak off the snow at the end of the day.

With the carpet ones, you can't. In the winter, my drivers mat tends to ice up overnight since the water in the mat keeps freezing......
